Hi, I’m Leesa-Anne—an academic, career, and life coach with over a decade of experience supporting neurodiverse learners and individuals navigating life’s transitions. I founded LA Coaching & Tutoring to create a safe, inclusive space where people can embrace their uniqueness and unlock their full potential.

🎓 My Journey  

For 10 years, I worked as an academic coach at a leading Australian university, specializing in learning difficulties and neurodivergent support. My background in **Counselling, Psychology, and Criminology** deepened my understanding of human behavior and the barriers that often hold us back.

💡 Why I Do What I Do  

I believe that mental blocks—not lack of ability—are often the biggest obstacles to success. Through **personalised coaching**, I help clients identify and overcome these blocks, whether they’re academic, emotional, or career-related.
