Terms and Conditions for LA Coaching & Tutoring

1. Introduction: Welcome to LA Coaching & Tutoring. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services: LA Coaching & Tutoring offers academic, career, and life coaching services. Our services are designed to support, guide, and motivate clients to achieve their personal and professional goals.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms: Payments for services are to be made via invoice, with a payment period of seven (7) days from the date of the invoice. Failure to make payment within this period may result in the suspension of sessions. In cases of multiple missed payments, we reserve the right to cease providing services and may refer the outstanding amounts to debt collection agencies.

5. Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any personal information shared during sessions will be kept private and secure, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to ensure effective coaching. Clients must also actively participate and commit to the coaching process.

7. Limitation of Liability: LA Coaching & Tutoring is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our coaching services are intended to provide guidance and support; however, results may vary.

8. Intellectual Property: All content provided by LA Coaching & Tutoring, including but not limited to materials, resources, and methodologies, is protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without explicit permission.

9. No Money Back Guarantee: All payments made for services are non-refundable. We do not offer any money-back guarantees.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our website or other appropriate channels.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
